WCS QUALITY POLICY

The Quality Management System provides a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives as well as a continual improvement process.

Additionally, we have the following systems and procedures in place to support all aspects of RENTAL TOOLS & SERVICES with an aim of total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout our business:
✓ Selection of suppliers against set criteria
✓ Training and development for our employees, and
✓ Annual audits to review and measure effectiveness of program

This policy is posted on all company Bulletin Boards and is communicated to the entire organization during Standard Operating Procedures training as well as New Hire Orientations.

The Managing Partners shall ensure that the QMS is reviewed and approved for continuing suitability at each annual management review meeting.

Economics of the Lockdown System

If total rig operations cost $5,000/hr.

Allow 2.5 hrs. to rig down bell nipple system and nipple up a companion flange to the top of the annular B.O.P.

Allow 2.5 hrs. to nipple down companion flange and put bell nipple system back in place.

The cost in down time when using a conventional companion flange lubricator:
Total of 5 hrs. down time @ $5,000/hr. = $25,000 each login operation – lost

The Lockdown Lubricator System installs in just minutes because the Lockdown Flange is already installed as part of the rig’s bell nipple system. The Lockdown Lubricator is simply lowered through the bell nipple until the Lockdown Mandrel lands in the flange. The mandrel is then locked into the flange. The lubricator is now anchored and the annular B.O.P. can effect a seal around the annular seal extension of the mandrel.
