Additionally, we have the following systems and procedures in place to support all aspects of RENTAL TOOLS & SERVICES with an aim of total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout our business:

✓ Training and development for our employees, and
✓ Annual audits to review and measure effectiveness of program
This policy is posted on all company Bulletin Boards and is communicated to the entire organization during Standard Operating Procedures training as well as New Hire Orientations.
The Managing Partners shall ensure that the QMS is reviewed and approved for continuing suitability at each annual management review meeting.
